Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and products. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company” – refers to LYS Commerce World by reddo LLC  (UID: CHE-450.235.464)

“Client” – refers to any individual or entity that engages our services
“Services” – any of our services that include brand building, marketing, growth strategies in e-commerce.
“Products” – Any of the products or goods designed or marketed in partnership with us.

3. Services

We provide the full range of services to turn value-driven products into respectable e-commerce brands and boost existing brands for greater identity and market reach.
Our services include but are not limited to: Brand Creation, Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis and Market Growth Strategies in E-Commerce.

4. Responsibilities of Clients (Manufacturer and Existing Brands)

Clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate and sufficient information about the products and their brand.
  • Provide products and information as per the specifications.
  • On demand delivery of products and information on the agreed date.
  • Pay all tariffs on time and according to the agreement.

5. Fees and Payment

  • The fees charged shall be defined during the individual service agreements.
  • The service agreement shall also indicate the terms of payment, including the date when it will be made and the modes accepted.
  • Notwithstanding the other provisions of this service agreement, late payments and late delivery of products may attract additional fees as agreed between the parties.

6. Intellectual Property

For Manufacturers: The brand name, brand color, slogan etc. are intellectual property of the
LYS Commerce World. The manufacturer cannot use these trademarks without the consent
of the company. Also, in the event of contract termination these trademarks will remain as
property of the company.

For Existing Brands: Company has the sole right on anything crafted, and designed by the company during the contract, and cannot be used by the client without consent. During the collaboration period, existing brands transfer the right to use their trademarks to the company.

7. Confidentiality

All confidential information received in the course of this partnership shall be kept and not disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the other party. This obligation shall survive the termination of the contract. Violations of this agreement will result in penalties.

8. Termination of Contract

  • Notice periods are regulated according to the individual contracts.
  • Either party may, upon written notice, terminate the service agreement if the other party breaches this contract.
  • Upon rescission, clients shall complete all obligations (in terms of product or payment) for all services rendered prior to rescission.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zug, Switzerland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.

10. Amendments

We specifically reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any given time, for which we shall put the changes on this website, and your continued access or use of our services thereafter shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.
